Our Subscription Service
Free Trials
With every subscription of daily contact lenses, 1 week of free trials will be provided, plus postage.
Subscription Payment
Paid subscription will start one week of finishing the trial. The same card will be charged at the time of signing up for the trial with the subscription.
Payment Method
Subscription-based model available on direct debit only. Afterpay option unfortunately not available.
Charging
For each subscription of 30 days, 2 daily packs or 60 lenses will be charged, plus postage.
Discounts
If you require more than 60 lenses, for example, 120 or more, a 7.5% discount will be provided.
Information Updating
You may update prescription details, payment details, frequency of delivery (from our default system flag date to a different as per their convenience).
Cancellations
Cancellation of subscription can be completed before 3 working days of the order process.
Refunds
Cancellation of the order can be completed online and also via email in working hours. However, if the label already been created, you will receive a full refund.
