Online Contact Lenses is proud to offer free delivery on orders over $160. Order under $160 will attract the following courier fees:

FREE SHIPPING

on orders of $160 and over
$6.95 on orders under – $160
Online Contact Lenses orders will be dispatched the next business day for stocked items on the selected shipping service.

• Courier Service: 3 – 4 Business Days

Time frames shown above are from the date of dispatch and may vary due to courier / postal issues.

Special Order (Non stocked) items will attract a longer delivery time as we need to order them in from our supplier.

Returns

Online Contact Lenses will provide a refund on any of our unopened contact lenses providing that they are returned to us within 14 days. Unless we processed your order incorrectly, we do not refund any cost involved in returning products purchased from us. A handling fee for courier and administration cost of $25 will be charged on all returns. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the products to us in undamaged condition. Please email us on hello@onlinecontactlenses.com.au to request the return.

Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange or a refund.

Returns are subject to approval.

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges of specially ordered products.

How to Return a Product

You will need to include your tax invoice (receipt) as this Contact Lens Shipping Information is your proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited against your account or original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you would like to return a product please email hello@onlinecontactlenses.com.au first to arrange this. Make sure you include your order details.
